Privacy policy

1. General

Protecting your personal data is particularly important to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act DSG, Austrian Telecommunications Act TKG 2021). 2. Contacting me

If you contact me via the form or by email, your details (name, email, optionally phone, topic and message) are stored to process the enquiry and for follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting and email service providers may be involved as recipients or processors for technical provision and communication. Any further disclosure only takes place where necessary or required by law. Contact enquiries that do not lead to an order are generally deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless legal obligations or specific legitimate reasons require longer retention. If an order results, the data required for contract processing and accounting is stored within the statutory retention periods. Data that is no longer required is deleted.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, the web server (hosting: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany) automatically stores technical information such as IP address, time, browser and operating system. This data is used for security and error analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to ALL-INKL's published privacy information, regular log files are deleted after seven days at the latest; in the event of specific security incidents, longer retention may be necessary. The settings applicable to this hosting contract may need to be checked separately.

4. Fonts and icons

All fonts and icons are loaded directly from this server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers.

5. Cookies and local storage

Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that the notice does not appear on every visit. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is only loaded if you consent. It measures whether an ad has led to an enquiry. Cookies are set and data is transferred – including to the USA (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). 7. Google Maps

A Google Maps map can be displayed in the legal notice. It is only embedded after clicking “Load map”; only then is data transferred to Google.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
